I’ve always loved understanding how people work together and the systems that support that collaboration. Often it leads me to ask how we can help people create, communicate, and make decisions with clarity. My work spans product management, UX strategy, design systems, and content architecture, which allows me to connect technical execution with human-centered storytelling.

With experience supporting SaaS platforms, CRM redesigns, onboarding improvements, and multi-sided workflows, I focus on simplifying complexity and helping teams scale. I hold a Master of Science in Business Management, where I studied organizational management, digital product environments, and the foundations of modern business systems.I also bring a creative and cultural background informed by years of classical performance and touring.

I have been invited to speak and perform at institutions such as the Taitung Fringe Arts Festival in Taiwan, SIFF Theatre, and the Artists of Color Expo and Symposium at KEXP.
